The Organic Honey Red Oolong Tea is made fully compliant with the traditional tea-making methods. Only leaves with two buds are selected and carefully picked by hand. Through heavy withering and heavy mixing, combining with part of the black-tea making procedures, the Oolong Tea is finally made.

Hemispherical in appearance and dark red in color, the Oolong Tea is 85% fermented with medium roast. Its soup is in rich amber color, looks clean and dark, tastes fruity and smooth and returns sweet with pleasant. A perfect choice for family heirlooms.

The difference between honey red oolong tea and red oolong tea is the level of salivation from the small green leafhopper. The former is heavily salivated, hence has more intensive floral and fruity flavor than the latter. Only available with limited quantities each quarter.
